Jack Hendry to get second chance at Club Brugge under Scott Parker

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that Club Brugge are in the process of bringing Jack Hendry back from his loan spell in Italy. The former Oostende and Celtic defender has been on loan with Cremonese in Serie A for a few months, but it looks like that will end shortly and he will return to Belgium. Under new head coach Scott Parker, it appears that Hendry will be getting a second chance to prove himself.

Scottish international Hendry has only played four league games for the relegation threatened Cremonese this season, making the prospect of the Italian side taking up their purchase option on the 27-year-old highly unlikely.

While the club are not reportedly looking to bring in any new players, Club Brugge have already seen a number of departures, with Arne Engels joining Augsburg, former captain Ruud Vormer going to Zulte Waregem, and Noah Mbamba is joining Bayer Leverkusen. Eduard Sobol is also leaving the club for France and Strasbourg.
