As reported by Sacha Tavolieri, Sint Truiden and Westerlo are interested in signing Feyenord midfielder Francesco Antonucci. The former Ajax and Monaco man is currently on loan at FC Volendam, where he has played 13 games and provided one assist. This is Antonucci’s third spell with Voelndam, having spent the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 season with the club. During the first spell he scored 11 goals in 21 games, while in the second spell he scored four goals in 32 games.
Should Antonucci leave, he will have only played one goal for Feyenoord since joining the side from Monaco in 2020. During his time with the principality, the Belgian played the majority of his games with the second team. The 23-year-old’s contract with the Rotterdam club expires in 2024. Transfermarkt has the player valued at €1m, although it is unlikely that he will cost that much in the final year of a contract that is unlikely to be renewed.
