Justin Kluivert could become the first Dutchman ever to play in each of the top five European leagues if Bournemouth sign the former Ajax winger

Justin Kluivert could become the first Dutchman ever to play in each of the top five leagues in Europe. According to Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old is close to joining Bournemouth in the Premier League from AS Roma.

Kluivert spent last season on loan at Valencia in La Liga, from Serie A side Roma. He featured 26 times in the Spanish top flight, scoring six goals and providing one assist. During the 21/22 season, the son of Patrick Kluivert played on loan in Ligue 1 for OGC Nice. During the 20/21 campaign, he was loaned to RB Leipzig, where he scored three goals in 19 Bundesliga appearances.

After his reported transfer to Bournemouth, Justin Kluivert would become the first Dutchman to play in each of the top five European leagues. The former Ajax winger has a year remaining on his contract at Roma, but Bournemouth are trying to be quick with the signing as other clubs are also interested.
