Club Brugges are interested in signing Serhou Guirassy from Rennes and would be able to do so for around €10m, but the player is unsure about the move.
The Belgian club have been looking for a striker all summer but bringing one to the club has proved to be difficult for the Pro League champions.
Number one target Rasmus Hojlund chose to join Atalanta instead, while Genk rejected an enquiry they made about taking Paul Onuachu from them.
Now, their search has brought them to Guirassy, who scored nine goals in Ligue 1 this season, and Rennes are open to doing a deal.
According to Sacho Tavolieri, they’re willing to let him leave for a fee of €10m, which Club Brugge are thought to be willing to pay.
However, the player himself is apparently not entirely sold on the move, preferring to wait for a Premier League club. None have made an offer for him yet though.
