West Ham, Leeds and Brighton showing interest in Zeno Debast

According to Ekrem Konur, Zeno Debast is generating interest from a trio of Premier League sides. West Ham, Leeds United and Brighton are showing interest in the Anderlecht teenager. Debast, who has already been capped three times by the Belgian national team, has played 32 league games for the Mauves this season. According to Transfermarkt, the 19-year-old’s current valuation is €10m, but it is likely that Anderlecht will ask for more for their prized asset.

Debast has put in a number of strong performances alongside the veteran Jan Vertonghen in the league as well as in Europe. With Debast at the back, the side have made it through to the Europa Conference League quarter-finals where they will face AZ Alkmaar.

The young defender is not the only Anderlecht player generating interest from the Premier League. Behind him, young Dutch goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen’s string of quality performances has caught the interest of Liverpool and Manchester United. Burnley were interested in the summer transfer window of 2022 and are likely to return during the next transfer window with promotion confirmed.
