PSV Eindhoven are exploring the possibility of signing defender Noah Sadiki from Belgian side Anderlecht, Voetbal International reports.
Sadiki, 18, has his current contract expiring at the end of the season and Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side is believed to be exploring the possibility of signing the youngster.
The young defender – who can also play in midfield – has made 10 league appearances this season for his current club but largely from the bench.
It is understood that PSV’s interest is not to immediately bolster the squad but one with the future in mind for the Eredivisie club.
The Brussels-born footballer is free to speak to clubs with six months left on his current deal but it is still early days as to whether or not something will happen in this January transfer window.
The teenager has largely been used on a squad rotation basis for Robin Veldman’s side but made his debut for the Brussels-based club when Vincent Kompany was in charge. Sadiki also made his debut for Belgium’s U19 side back in September and then the U20s a month later.
