Former Manchester United and Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini involved in Brussels restaurant fight

As reported by HLN, former Manchester United and Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini was involved in a fight in Brussels over the weekend. Fellaini, alongside his brother, claim that they were assaulted at the Lily’s Restaurant & Club. There were four people involved in the fight.

The former Red Devils and Standard Liege regular currently plays his football in the Chinese Super League for Shandong Taishan. Fellaini played 28 matches during the 2022 season, scoring seven goals and providing two assists. He was part of the team that won via the play-offs in 2021, whilst also winning the Chinese FA cup in 2022. The midfielder joined the side in February of 2019 from Manchester United.

Fellaini played exactly 177 games for both Everton and Manchester Untied. For the former, he scored 33 goals and provided 26 assists. At United he grabbed 22 goals and 12 assists. At international level he played 87 games for the Red Devils, scoring 18 goals in the process.
