West Ham and Bournemouth fighting to sign Feyenoord’s Marcos Senesi

Feyenoord defender Marcos Senesi is wanted by English Premier League clubs West Ham and Bournemouth and looks likely to leave for one of them.

Senesi has been one of the most impressive defenders in the Netherlands since joining the Rotterdam club in 2019, so it comes as no surprise that he’s now attracting interest from bigger leagues.

It emerged early on Thursday from multiple sources that Bournemouth wanted to bring him to their club, and 1908 are now reporting that West Ham have now also made an official enquiry.

The publication states that Feyenoord have put a price tag of €15 million on the Argentine and have already accepted that they won’t be able to keep him from leaving.

Should he leave, Arne Slot and co will apparently try to replace him with Sparta Prague’s David Hancko, who has been linked with the club since early July.
