Three uncapped players reportedly in Belgium manager Roberto Martinez’s provisional squad for upcoming matches

Three uncapped players are reportedly in Belgium manager Roberto Martinez’s provisional squad for the upcoming matches against the Netherlands and Wales: Zeno Debast, Francis Amuzu and Bryan Heynen.

Martinez will get one final chance to take a look at new players in person in the Nations League matches coming up before he selects his World Cup squad in November.

The Spaniard will undoubtedly already know the majority of the players that will be travelling to Qatar, but some spots are still up for grabs, and he’s seemingly thinking of giving said spots to new faces.

According to Het Laatste Nieuws, his provision selection for the international break coming up includes Anderlecht pair Zeno Debast and Francis Amuzu, while earlier reports have stated that Bryan Heynen of Genk is also in it.

Selecting Amuzu in particular would be a logical choice given he has been extremely impressive for Pro League but also because he is eligible to play for Ghana. By capping him in the Nations League, Martinez would ensure the player represents Belgium going forward.
