According to Voetbal International, Swansea City have made an offer for Excelsior’s Dutch defender Nathan Tjoe-A-On. Clubs from the 2. Bundesliga are also interested in the 21-year-old left-back.

He’s spent his entire career with the Rotterdam club, and now a move to the Championship is on the horizon.
