According t o Voetbalkrant, scouts from Juventus and a host of Premier League clubs are in Qatar with one eye on Belgiums 20 year-old attacker Jeremy Doku. However, Doku has yet to play a single minute for the Red Devils at the tournament so far. The former Anderlecht and current Rennes player has struggled with injuries so far this season, but was called up to the final 26 man squad with the presumption that he is fit to play.
Belgium are under pressure ahead of their final group game against Croatia, which they must win if they are to progress to the knock-out stages of the tournament. There have been plenty of reports that all is not well in the team camp, with players having to come out and talk down the reports. This led to a rather confusing press conference situation ahead of the must win game.
Belgium will be without Amadou Onana for their game against Croatia, as he has already picked up two yellow cards and is therefore suspended.
