RWDM hoping to sell former Crystal Palace striker just 12 months after signing him

According to LDH, RWDM are looking to sell 24-year-old Bolivian striker Sebastian Joffre in January. The former Crystal Palace forward joined the side on a free transfer from Botafogo in January but failed to make a single appearance for the side. Joffre has been part of John Textors footballing portfolio since joining Crystal Palace from Orlando City for free in 2022. The forward failed to make a single appearance for Palace before being moved to Brazilian side Botafogo, where he made just one appearance. Having now failed to break into the first team at three different clubs within the system, RWDM are looking to sell the forward in January. At the age of 24, the striker has only played 102 minutes of professional football.

Over the summer RWDM signed around 17 players and are now looking to trim the squad down to bring in some more quality in positions that they need cover for. They are looking into signing Orlando City striker Duncan McGuire in January, but face competition from Serie A side Bologna.
