Noa Lang deemed fit to face Arsenal in the Champions League after injury scare against NEC

According to Voetbal International, PSV will travel to London with Noa Lang, ahead of their Champions League clash against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. The 24-year-old winger was forced off during Saturday’s 4-0 victory over NEC due to injury. Fortunately for PSV, Lang is fit enough to face Arsenal on Wednesday night.

During the second half of PSV’s Eredivisie clash on Saturday, Lang was brought down in the penalty area by NEC defender Bart van Rooij. Luuk de Jong converted from the penalty spot, but minutes later Lang had to be replaced. After assessment, everything seems to be okay for the player, who joined from Club Brugge in the summer.

New acquisitions, Hirving Lozano and Armel Bella-Kotchap will also be available to face Arsenal. Head coach Peter Bosz is taking 22 players to North London. Here’s the full PSV selection:

Goalkeepers: Walter Benítez, Joël Drommel, Boy Waterman.

Defenders: Armel Bella-Kotchap, Jordan Teze, André Romalho, Olivier Boscagli, Sergiño Dest, Patrick van Aanholt, Shurandy Sambo.

Midfielders: Guus Til, Joey Veerman, Isaac Babadi, Ismael Saibari, Malik Tillman, Jerdy Schouten

Attackers: Noa Lang, Luuk de Jong, Hirving Lozano, Johan Bakayoko, Yorbe Vertessen, Ricardo Pepi
