Mike Tresor does not want to move to Crystal Palace

HLN are reporting that Belgian Pro League player of the season Mike Tresor is not keen on a move to Crystal Palace. The 24-year-old winger, who recently got his first cap for the Belgian national team, has plenty of interest. Crystal Palace were one of those sides, but it appears that the winger would prefer a move elsewhere. Lille remain another one of the teams that are said to be interested in the winger.

Tresor finished the season with an incredible 24 assists in 42 games, alongside eight goals. He took up the mantle from the departing Junya Ito and Theo Bongonda to push Genk towards a title. They were ultimately pipped to the trophy by a late Toby Alderweireld goal on the final day of the season.

Genk are set to sign a new winger in the next few days. Zulte Waregem’s Gambian winger Alieu Fadera is set to join the club for close to €4m, with the player being offered a four year deal. The 21-year-old Gambian scored six goals and provided six assists in 33 games during the 2022/2023 season.
