Manchester City target Tajon Buchanan in discussions with Serie A club and other unnamed European sides

HLN are reporting that Tajon Buchanan is once again in discussions with Inter over a move to Milan. The Canadian wide man, who is also a reported target at Manchester City, is also said to be in talks with a number of other yet to be named European sides. As a result, the player has not been included in the selection for Club Brugge’s upcoming game against RWDM.

During the pre match press conference, Club Brugge head coach Ronny Deila was giving little away. When asked about the situation with Buchanan, the former Celtic head coach said ‘I don’t know what is happening with TJ, it’s beyond my control‘. There had been expectations that the 24-year-old would leave in the summer, with Inter the supposed destination. However, nothing materialised and the winger, who has been used more as a right-back this season, has gone on to make 12 league appearances and three Europa Conference League appearances. He has scored twice and provided three assists so far this season.

Buchanan has also been capped 35 times by the Canadian national team, scoring four goals.
