Juventus have offered a two-year contract to Barcelona’s Memphis Depay and are keen to complete the deal as soon as possible.
It has looked more and more likely in recent weeks that Memphis will leave Barcelona before the end of the transfer window, with the Dutchman negotiating free agency with the Spanish club.
Juventus have been the club most interested in securing his services, with that interest becoming very much concrete due to the possibility of him being available on a free transfer.
Now, Fabrizio Romano has reported that the Italian club have offered him a two-year contract and want to seal the deal as quickly as they can.
The Italian says that there was also interest from Turkish clubs, but the forward is said to only be willing to leave his current club for another European superpower.
It looks like he’ll get his wish and become a Juventus player as soon as he reaches an agreement with Barcelona over the termination of his contract, and he’s apparently holding out to get everything he wants out of that deal.
