As VoetbalPrimeur recall, René van der Gijp and Rob Jansen believe that Mohamed Ihattaren should make the move to FC Utrecht.
On the KieftJansenEgmondGijp podcast, the two friends from the football world gave the attacking midfielder some tips. “Utrecht”, Van der Gijp suggested when the question about Ihattaren was asked. “He should not play in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.”
Ihattaren himself has already announced that he will leave RKC after this season. Agent Jansen agreed with his table companion.
“René (Van der Gijp) says Utrecht. (Ihattaren) also has a connection there. I would do that. The contract would have to be adjusted. If he acts strangely, it would be over. Then he would have to leave immediately. I believe he has 40 people supporting him these days. They are partly responsible. If he does fantastically there, he could still take a step up.”
