Fulham and Burnley in conversations with Genk over Mike Tresor

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that both Fulham and Burnley have contacted Genk about a transfer for Mike Tresor. The winger has already reportedly turned down one Premier League side, indicating that he was not interested in joining Crystal Palace a few weeks ago. English sides will have to battle with other European clubs for Tresor, as RB Leipzig are just one of a number of sides that are said to be interested in him.

Tresor finished the season with an incredible 24 assists in 42 games, alongside eight goals. He took up the mantle from the departing Junya Ito and Theo Bongonda to push Genk towards a title. They were ultimately pipped to the trophy by a late Toby Alderweireld goal on the final day of the season.

Genk have already signed a potential replacement for Tresor should he leave. Gambian winger Alieu Fadera joined from Zulte Waregem, who were relegated from the Belgian Pro League last season.
