Feyenoord and Fiorentina aiming to sign Tottenham winger Bryan Gil on loan with potential buy option

According to Fabrizio Romano, Feyenoord and Fiorentina are looking to sign Bryan Gil on loan from Tottenham. The 22-year-old winger has struggled for game time in North London, ever since he made the €25m move from Sevilla in 2021. It’s now up to Spurs to make a decision on the Spaniard’s future.

Bryan Gil kicked off his career with Sevilla, where he rose through the ranks in the youth academy, experiencing some loan spells along the way. After 45 first team appearances with Sevilla, Tottenham made the move, but things haven’t quite worked out. Gil has featured just 40 times over the last three seasons, and he’s been loaned back to Spain twice.

Feyenoord want to bring Bryan Gil to De Kuip this month. An option to buy Gil at the end of the season seems possible, but the price may be too high for the current Dutch champions. Arne Slot’s side are in need of some more goal contributions this season, as they’re currently ten points behind league leaders PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie table. Fiorentina are also interested in Gil and are keen on the buy option.
