Everton join Leeds with interest in Club Brugge goalkeeper Senne Lammens

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that Everton are interested in Club Brugge’s 20-year-old goalkeeper Senne Lammens. Leeds were interested in the summer, but failed to bring the player in. Now it appears Everton are also interested in the young Belgian goalkeeper. Lammens contract is up in the summer, and given the Premier League interest, it is unlikely that he will sign a new deal with the defending champions.

Lammens has spent most of the season behind the experienced Simon Mignolet, having to settle for appearances for Club NXT in the Challenger Pro League. Club have also brought in Joe Bursik from Stoke until the end of the season to play back-up to Mignolet,

In terms of incomings, Club Brugge are not reportedly looking to bring in any new players, Club Brugge have already seen a number of departures, with Arne Engels joining Augsburg, former captain Ruud Vormer going to Zulte Waregem, and Noah Mbamba is joining Bayer Leverkusen. Eduard Sobol is also leaving the club for France and Strasbourg.
