Eupen sign former Bayern Munich youth player from Union Berlin

Eupen have announced the signing of Milos Pantovic on a two-year-contract from Union Berlin. The 27-year-old Serbian attacking midfielder only joined the Berlin club from VFL Bochum in the summer of 2022. Pantovic made 15 appearances for the side, scoring twice. One of those goals came in his final match for the club, a 4-1 victory over Mainz. Eupen have been looking for a more attack minded central midfielder since Stef Peeters departed in the summer.

Pantovic began his career in the Bayern Munich youth academy. He only made one appearance for the senior side, playing 97 games for the second team where he scored 34 goals. VFL Bochum picked him up on a free transfer in the summer of 2018. In four seasons for the side, Pantovic played 100 games and scored 13 goals.

The attacking midfielder has yet to be capped by Serbia at full international level, having played four games for the countries U21 side between 2015 and 2018.
