Belgium left to wait to find out who will join then in Group E for EURO 2024

While a number of sides can start planning for their group fixtures for EURO 2024 next summer, Belgium will have to wait for the outcome of the play-off path B to find out who will join them in Group E. So far, they will definitely be playing Slovakia and Romania in Germany next summer.

The potential sides that could join them in the finals are Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel and Iceland. On paper, Belgium will probably fancy themselves against any of these sides, although Ukraine are the clear strongest out of the four. Slovakia and Romania will be tough opponents but the Red Devils will be confident that they can win their group. Domenico Tedesco has had a strong start to life as Red Devils head coach and will be hoping to go into the tournament with confidence.

It is unlikely he will reach the magic 100 goal mark before or during the finals, but Romelu Lukaku is slowly closing in on a very unique and special landmark. The striker is currently sitting on 83 international goals.
