Antony names three former Ajax teammates in his best eleven

Brazilian winger Antony has named his best eleven players he has played alongside with which features three Ajax players, Voetbal International reports.

The former Ajax winger, who joined Manchester United in the summer transfer window, was speaking to Brazilian outlet ge.global while on international duty at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

His team features a number of usual faces from his time at the John Cruyff Arena with Dusan Tadic, Lisandro Martinez and David Neres. Only Tadic remains at the Eredivisie side with Martinez joining the winger at Old Trafford in the summer as well while Neres has moved to Portugal with Benfica having been released from Shakhtar Donetsk just a few months prior.

Other names included current teammates Casemiro, Cristiano Ronaldo and David De Gea while some old colleagues at Sao Paulo completed the lineup. Former Chelsea and AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato features along with midfielder Tche Tche with full-backs Reinaldo and Igor Vinicius complete Antony’s best XI.
