Ajax interested in bringing Noa Lang back to the club

Voetblakrant are reporting that Ajax are considering a move to bring Noa Lang back to Amsterdam. The Dutch international left the club to join Club Brugge back in the summer of 2020. He initially joined a loan before the Belgian champions paid just €6m to make the move permanent.

Prior to leaving the Netherlands for Belgium, Lang made 14 appearances for the Ajax first team, scoring four goals and providing one assist. He also had a season on loan at FC Twente where he seven games and scored once. In Belgium, Lang has certainly come of age. The 23-year-old has scored 37 goals and provided 32 assists in 122 appearances for Club Brugge, winning two Belgian league titles in the process.

Lang has been looking to leave Belgium for a top five league, so it is unclear whether he would be willing to return to Ajax instead of a favoured move to Serie A or the Premier League.
