With three rounds to go, the Eredivisie winner is still yet to be decided with the difference between Ajax and PSV being just four points following the Eindhoven team’s 4-1 victory over Fortuna Sittard on Saturday. This is the remaining schedule of the top two.
Initially, Ajax’s hands looked to be on the national title a few weeks ago. Francesco Farioli’s side had a nine-point lead over pursuers PSV, yet suddenly, things got interesting as their form dipped. Following a 4-0 away loss to FC Utrecht, Ajax also failed to win against Sparta Rotterdam (1-1).

After 31 matches, and a brief resurgence from PSV after their own blip, Ajax have 74 points in the Eredivisie, four more than their second-placed Eindhoven rivals.
Farioli’s team will play the last three matches against NEC, FC Groningen and FC Twente. PSV will face Feyenoord, Heracles Almelo and Sparta.
